Our returns policy is in compliance with Consumer Affairs which may change from time to time. 

The procedure for returning a product for exchange/return is as follows:-

1. To arrange a return or exchange please phone (03) 6272 2587 or email wnngate@bigpond.net.au within 30 days of purchase. 
2. Please have all details of the purchase on hand.  (Order No.,  Description of goods, Reason for return)
3. It is the consumers responsibility and cost to return the goods.  Either by mail or taken to the store.  (What's New Northgate)  Original package is to be included.
4. All returns are to be sent to What's New - Northgate, Shop 11, Northgate Shopping Centre, Glenorchy, Tas., 7010
